Dismantling Classism
For professionals, by the unprofessional
ABOUT
We support grassroots music organisations to address class-based inequality in the music industry. Our work focuses on improving access, fairness and inclusion for working-class people through practical, tailored training.
We deliver in-person and online sessions for music businesses, exploring classism in the workplace and how it appears in organisational culture, policies and practices. All training is led by experienced facilitators with lived experience of class-based barriers, supporting organisations to create meaningful and sustainable change.
If you’re committed to building a fairer, more inclusive music organisation, contact us using the email below to find out more.
